ModuSec Construction - Roof Options

Outside installations have the same ceilings as for inside installations. However, to prevent standing water (or melting snow) eventually finding its way in, a pitched roof with soffits and gutters, etc. is constructed over the room. This can be built to match the aesthetics of the surrounding area.

Choices include:

• Curved roof with standing seam trays
• Double or single pitch
• Profile steel sheets (in a choice of colours)
• 'Flat' roof to accommodate plant
• Clad with tiles or slates
