ModuSec Construction Options - Walls
Standard walls
Composite panels are 100mm thick with pre-finished 0.55mm steel skins and a Pyrofoam (Phenolic foam) core. Each panel is 1140mm wide from joint to joint – with each wall having the last panel made or cut to size to meet the overall required length. Wall height for standard walls can be up to 6m high (around 4m for high security walls). For greater heights, panels can be installed horizontally to any height - supported between existing or new steel columns.
Security Rated Walls
Security rated walls include a range of anti-cutting materials foamed into panels and at the top end of the security ratings we include a further over clad panel to make a total thickness of approx 120mm.
