Walls can be built directly on a concrete slab slotted into a steel channel that is fixed and sealed to the slab. Walls can be fabricated to include cable conduits, service entry and are available in three levels of security. They are wipe clean and can be painted or are available in a range of colours for outside units. Standard panels have a steel reinforcement in the centre for added strength. We can support ceilings off the existing structure or alternatively design, manufacture and install independent steelwork – for external and internal projects. Outside installations have the same ceilings as for inside installations. But a pitched roof with soffits and gutters is constructed over the room. This can be built to match the aesthetics of the surrounding area. ModuSec has its own fire tested entry units for groups of cable or services entry on cable trays. This involves a collar on one or both sides of the panel that is backfilled with a mix of fire insulating materials. Single and double doorsets, like our panels, are steel faced with a Pyrofoam insulation core. Various Lock options, entry systems and High Security options are also available. The ModuSec System includes independently tested options for insulated sprung door 'hatches' for use with fire suppression gas fresh air entry.
